This is our paper lined woven polypropylene. It can be supplied in a variety of colours like blue, white, black or beige. The standard colours keep on site are blue and white.

This material is generally used in the wire and steel industries for a robust export packing material. The VCI treated material provides anti rusting properties for items going by sea. The PE coated grade is made into bags for exporting of steel tubes.

It is generally supplied in 100m rolls for full widths of which these are 1000mm, 1200mm 1370mm and 1500mm.Can be supplied in coil form from a minimum width of 75mm and can go to a maximum outside diameter of 500mm.

It can also be supplied without the paper lining. This can be made available in a variety of colours dependant on quantity ie. beige, black or white, but the stock colour is blue. Coils can range from 75mm up to 1500mm. Larger sizes are available dependant on quantity and colour.

More commonly known as Kraft Union or bitumastic papers, this product is used in the lining of pallets for transit and storage as well as lining export packing cases. These can be reinforced both one way and two way and come in a variety of grammages.

Sheet sizes can be made to required size but the more common sizes are 1200mm x 1000mm and 1200mm x 800mm. These are the sizes for both standard and euro sized pallets.

The rolls are available from as small as 75mm up to 1800mm in the 120gsm and 165gsm un-reinforced varieties. The reinforced varieties can be supplied up to 1500mm wide.

There are also the more specialised grades available. The VCI treated form is used to provide anti corrosion properties to metal being transported in the cases.

These usually come in 100m rolls and widths up to 1500mm. The material can be sheeted to the required dimensions.

These are papers used in packing where a bitumen lamination is not welcome. It is used in a variety of purposes. It has been know to be used a floor mat in cars, lining of pallets, targets in archery and as a reinforced wrapper. It can be supplied with or without reinforcement and is available in 1 way and 2 way reinforcement.

It can also be supplied VCI Treated as a protective wrapper for metal products. There is also a lamination of Bleached Kraft onto Brown Kraft which allows for the bleached side to be printed with a company logo up to 4 colours up to 1200mm wide.

SomerMelt V180 (VCI Treated White on Brown)

It can be readily available in coil form from 50mm wide up to 1500mm wide and is also available in sheeted form to what ever you requirements ranging from 100mm x 100mm to 1500mm x 3000mm sheets. It is available with cores and coreless. Rolls are available up to a maximum outside diameter of 800mm.

SomerHessian

This is our Paper Lined Hessian product. It is generally used in the export packing of steel related trades like the wire industry It is also used as a base material for making sacks for animal feed and grain. It is a layer of Hessian laminated by bitumen to a 70gsm MG Kraft.

The Hessian is also available in form that is not paper lined. This can be supplied in hand coil form or full width rolls.
