SomerCushion Kraft:

Self Adhesive
Bleached

Standard This is our corrugated product range. It is used as a cushioning product for storage and transport. It can be supplied single faced or double faced in sheet or roll form (single faced only). The rolls are generally 75m on a roll and can be supplied in coil form from 60mm up to 1000mm and are produced in a B-Flute. Standard corrugated will only be produced for customers within the Glasgow area.

Self Adhesive

There is also the self adhesive form. This is used as protective postal packaging material for the likes of books, CDs, Videos, DVDs and small packets. It comes in two grades and can be identified by the colour of dragon used in the print. The light weight grade is printed with a red dragon whereas the heavier grade is printed with a blue dragon. Standard sizes are listed below:

Bleached We also have the capability of producing printed corrugated up to 4 colours and up to 1000mm wide. And providing bleached corrugated up to 1000mm wide. Both the fluting and the liner are made from 90gsm Kraft. It is a very specialised corrugated and is used in the food industry.	Click on picture for larger version

General - Sheet & Reel These are our general wrapping papers. They can be supplied in both sheets and reel form. The paper can be supplied in a variety of grammages. The Unbleached Pure Kraft papers in the plain machine glaze (MG) finish are available in the following grammages: 40gsm, 50gsm, 60gsm, 70gsm and 90gsm. The Unbleached Pure Ribbed Kraft papers in the machine glaze (MG) finish are available in the following grammages: 70gsm, 90gsm and 110gsm.			Click on picture for larger version
The Unbleached Imitation Plain Krafts in the machine glaze (MG) finish are available in the following grammages: 60gsm, 70gsm and 90gsm. The Unbleached Imitation Plain Krafts in the machine finish (MF) are available in the following grammages: 75gsm, 90gsm, 100gsm and 125gsm. The Unbleached Imitation Ribbed Krafts in the machine glaze (MG) finish are available in the following grammages: 70gsm and 90gsm.

Bleached Krafts

The Bleached Plain Kraft in the machine glaze (MG) finish is available in the following grammages. Other grammages are available depending on quantities:
50gsm and 90gsm

The Bleached Plain Kraft in the machine finish (MF) is available in the following grammages depending on quantities:
70gsm, 80gsm & 90gsm

Standard size of sheets is 900mm x 1150mm and is packed in ½ ream packs (250 sheets), however, sheets can be cut to required sizes. Rolls are supplied in 280m per roll for 70gsm and 220m per roll for 90gsm.

PE Coated Wrapping Papers

These are our waterproof general wrapping papers used to stop moisture digression. They can be supplied in both sheets and reel form. The paper can be supplied in a variety of grammages.

The Unbleached PE Coated Kraft in the gloss finish is available in the following grammages:

The Unbleached PE Coated Kraft in the matt finish is available in the following grammages:

70+12gsm (900mm, 1000mm)

The Bleached PE Coated Kraft in the matt finish is available in the following grammages

80+12gsm (1070mm, 1180mm, 1200mm, 1450mm)
90+15gsm (997mm, 1140mm)

Other grammages and sizes can be sourced based on quantities required.

All of the above mentioned can be printed with company logos up to 2 colours up to a maximum width of 1500mm and 4 colours up to a maximum width of 1200mm.
