We at Somerville & Morrison Ltd. pride ourselves on our professional approach to business and our customers. We have now been able to offer a flexographic printing service. The company has a capability of printing our customers’ logos on any of the materials we have in stock, whether it be VCI papers or just plain krafts.
We currently provide a printing service to customers in the steel industry for their polythene laminates (SomerDurable) products, the engineering industry for their waxed (SomerWax) papers and to the paper manufacturers for identifications and advertisement of their own materials and names.
We are able to print up to 2 colours up to a maximum width of 1500mm and can supply colours to our customers’ specifications. Standard colours on site are red, blue, black, orange and green. The printed material can be supplied in mill reel form or converted whatever sizes are required in reel, coil and sheet form.
Due to a current expansion plan, we now have the capability to print 4 colours up to a width of 1200mm in a continuous print. These papers can be supplied in either roll or sheeted form and on brown or bleached kraft. Prints can have a lacquer finish as well. Also available are metallic finish prints like silver and gold. Continuous prints and flood printing services are available.
Products capable of being printed are PE Coated Kraft, Pure Krafts, Imitation Krafts, Kraft Unions, Waxed Krafts, VCI Treated Krafts, Polythene Laminates, Paper Laminates, Bleached Krafts and Test Liner Krafts. |
